At The Lovely Spot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.


 Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
 Unused, in its original condition
 In its original packaging
 With all tags and accessories included

 Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

 How to initiate a return:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for your purchase
  • A brief reason for the return

Once we review your request, we will provide further return instructions.


 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please include photos in your email, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Our return address will be provided via email once your return is approved.


 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

 Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10-15 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

 Rejected returns (used, damaged, or non-returnable items) will not be refunded. Customers will be notified and can choose to have the item shipped back at their expense.


 Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@thelovelyspot.com.


 International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • We do not refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees.

 Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, your order is processed, and cancellations are not guaranteed.
